Eyewear Raffle User Agreement

This User Agreement describes the terms and conditions applicable to entrants who choose to participate in the Eyewear Raffle (the “Raffle”) operated by SpecsX Inc. (The “Company”).

Eligibility
To be eligible to enter the Raffle, entrants must:
- Be 18 years of age or older
- Reside in the United States
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
 - Agree to abide by the terms of this User Agreement

How to Enter
No purchase or payment is necessary to enter the Raffle. Eligible individuals can enter by:
1) Completing the online entry form in its entirety and submitting their entry within the applicable time period. Only one online entry per person is allowed.
2) Mailing a postcard or letter with complete name, address, email and phone number to:SpecsX Inc., PO BOX 2217 Henniker NH 03242. Only one mail-in entry per outer envelope.
Attempts to enter multiple times with different accounts or aliases may result in disqualification.

Prize
One entrant selected at random will receive any pair of eyewear available on the SpecsX website, including designer and luxury brand sunglasses (up to a $500 value). No cash or alternative prize is available. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The winner can choose any available sunglasses style on the SpecsX website based on their preferred brand, style, and size. Brands offered include but are not limited to Ray-Ban, Oakley, Prada, Gucci, Armani, and more.

Winner Selection & Conditions
The winner will be selected within 10 business days after the conclusion of the applicable entry period in a random computerized drawing from among all eligible entries received. The winner will be notified by phone, email or other means. If the prize notification is returned undeliverable, or if the selected winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 72 hours, an alternate winner may be selected.

To claim the prize, the winner will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Release of Liability within 30 days after notification. Noncompliance may result in forfeit of the prize. All taxes and other expenses not specified related to acceptance of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. By entering, participants release the Company from any liability related to the Raffle or use of the prize. The prize is non-transferrable, and no substitution or cash redemption is allowed. The Company reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in the event the offered prize becomes unavailable.

Termination & Changes
The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate this Raffle at any time with or without notice. The Company may also update or modify these terms by posting the amended terms on the entry site. Participation in the Raffle after any posted modification constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.

Governing Law
This Raffle and the terms herein are governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire. All disputes arising from this Raffle will be resolved exclusively through the court system in Merrimack County, New Hampshire.

By entering the Raffle, you agree to abide by these terms and all decisions by the Company, which shall be final and binding.
